Allied-Dunns Marsh is a well-populated area in Madison�s south end, where homes and parkland mix with a sizable commercial district along Verona Road. The neighborhood borders Fitchburg, but Allied is a distinct community, and one of the more well-established areas in Madison. Local residents meet often and hold events at Allied-Dunn's Marsh Neighborhood Center.

Dunn�s Marsh is the site of Dawley Conservancy Park, an extensive wildlife and plant reserve where Madison�s pre-settlement lake-modeled landscape is held intact. Allied real estate also has Marlborough Park and Devlois Square, two attractive city green spaces, at its center.
