We can offer our vacant upkeep services on top of leasing services.  All of our leasing services follow state laws, and we rely heavily on legal tenant screening techniques to minimize risk.  Great tenants can make great properties.  All proper forms are lawyer approved on top of the basic recommended forms, these are the same forms we use on our own properties.  All tenants will be presented with smoke alarm disclosures, lead paint disclosures, etc.  On site managers can be hired by us for medium sized multi-family properties.  In these instances, we prefer to make a website for the property to be managed, and market thru that name as well for branding purposes.  This requires a simple licencesee disclosure on our part.

Commercial Properties:
